Jeremy's and our lovely next door cafe, Cafe Elvira, are always on the look out for hard working people who want to carve a career in hospitality and who are confident about working as an integral member of the team.

We are always keen to meet with aspiring chefs, of all levels, who are looking to be at the top of their game.  Working with our inspirational head chef Jimmy Gray offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy creative freedom and express and develop your own ideas whilst perfecting culinary expectations.

Chef de Partie

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, inspirational chef de partie, who aspires to being at the top of their game, enjoys creative freedom to express and develop their own ideas, while perfecting their own culinary expectations under the tutelage of our head chef, Jimmy Gray

What we are looking for:

*You will ideally come from a AA Rosette kitchen background
*You will be hard working, passionate about food and keen to work with quality products
*8 shifts per week
*You are punctual, reliable and are able to work well even during a fast paced service
*You are professional
*You have a sound understanding of food hygiene regulations and controls

Junior Sous
