A seasonal range of dishes, starter, mains and puddings, priced individually. Not available on our Tuesday night when our Degustation menu is available.

  • Pan fried chicken livers, celeriac puree and amontillado jus £8.50
  • Cauliflower beignet, goat's cheese sauce, beetroot compote £9.00
  • Confit organic salmon, wild rice salad and pickled cucumber  £9.50
  • Terrine of local rabbit, micro salad, dijon mustard dressing £9.00
  • Chestnut mushroom and leek tart with radicchio and hazlenut salad £8.00

  

Main Course

  • Grilled calves liver, calcannon potato, puy lentils, sherry vinegar sauce £18.50
  • Sirloin of English veal, foie gras ballotine, fondant potatoes, glazed carrots and buttered spinach £24.00
  • Bread and spring roll of Gressingham duck, gratin dauphinoise, braised red cabbage, orange and ginger sauce £19.50
  • Filo parcel of spinach, ricotta and pine nuts with roasted vegetables and mushroom veloute  £14.50  
  • Home smoked monkfish with poached red wine salsify and root vegetable sauce vierge £21.00
  • Seared loin of tuna, flageolet bean, mussels and clams stew  £20.00
