  • Rib eye of 28-day aged beef, braised leeks, celery, pomme puree wine jus £24.00
  • Breast of Gressingham duck, fondant potato, beetroot, silver skin onions, chocolate and orange jus £20.00
  • Loin and braised belly of Southdown lamb, dauphinoise potato, Jersualem artichoke puree, smoked asparagus, mint jelly £19.00
  • Wild garlic and parmesan cheese croquettes, toasted spring onion, golden beetroots, pickled radish £15.00
  • Wild sea trout, parsley risotto, confit lemon puree, sea leaves, parsley veloute £21.00
