Thursday 5 October - A taste of Brittany
Allons enfants, en marche! Destination Jeremy’s! Our (relatively) new young head chef Eliott Buchet is preparing to delight us with the cuisine of his native Brittany - seafood, crêpes and galettes, all things buttery, cheese and cream… We have a delicious dry Breton cider, and do try our new Muscadet, the favourite white wine in Brittany to accompany the fantastic fresh fish. Miam miam! (That’s French for yum yum, by the way!)
Thursday 12 October - Nose toTail
Actually we stole the title. Nose to tail is a cookery book by Fergus Henderson, chef at the London St John restaurants where they use every last wiggly bit. Jeremy and Eliott might spare you the ears and tails, but please join us for a feast of succulent sweetbreads, kidneys, tongues, trotters, brawn, and more...
Thursday 2 November - Vegetarian
The antidote, for the herbivore. We can do vegan too, with warning.
Thursday 30 November - Mid-Sussex game
Mallard, partridge and venison from a lake, field or forest near you. Vera's ducks are strictly off limits for this one and may be heard sleepily quacking by the pond.
A 10% optional gratuity will be added to yoru bill. For parties of 12 and more, a 10% service charge is added
