Main Course

  • Roast rib of English beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, sugar snaps , red wine jus
  • Slow braised shoulder of new season South Down lamb, dauphinoise potato, glazed carrots, rosemary jus
  • Chargrilled calves liver, pea mash, cauliflower cheese puree, hispy cabbage, garlic jus
  • Grilled local asparagus, home-made gnocchi, poached hen egg and hollandaise sauce
  • Pan fried line caught sea bass, polenta cake, smoked tomatoes, balsamic jelly and majoram dressing
  • Roasted day boat brill, saffron and herb rice, courgette ribbons, squid ink sauce
