Autumn Thursday suppers

All £40 per person for 4 courses to include coffee and petits fours. Suppers in the series include: 


Thursday 5 October - A taste of Brittany

Stripes and berets optional, and Muscadet and cider at the ready for the official launch of our new young Breton chef, Eliott Buchet. 

Thursday 12 October - Nose to Tail 

Feast on all the interesting bits.  Decidedly meaty, utterly offal. 

Thursday 2 November - Vegetarian

The antidote, for the herbivore.  We can do vegan too, with warning. 

Thursday 30 November - Mid-Sussex game

Mallard, partridge and venison from a lake, field or forest near you.
