Stripes and berets optional, and Muscadet and cider at the ready for the official launch of our new young Breton chef, Eliott Buchet.
Thursday 12 October - Nose to Tail
Feast on all the interesting bits. Decidedly meaty, utterly offal.
Thursday 2 November - Vegetarian
The antidote, for the herbivore. We can do vegan too, with warning.
Thursday 30 November - Mid-Sussex game
Mallard, partridge and venison from a lake, field or forest near you.
