Jeremy's springtime

Spring is in the air

We have brightened the restaurant bar and entrance hall and everyone at Cafe Elvira has a spring in their step.We can all feel our energies rising from winter slumber as spring approaches and beaverish activities are breaking out as we prepare for a busy season. We have brightened the restaurant bar and entrance hall and everyone at Cafe Elvira has a spring in their step

All we need now is for the wider food media is to sit up and take notice. Not however, Fran the Graphic Foodie, who posted this lovely review of Jeremy’s last week. A timely boost for the team.

Welcome and congratulatons!

We welcome a new addition to the kitchen team to work alongside Jimmy and crew. Bienvenido a Victor who has worked in a Michelin starred establishment near Barcelona.

Congratulations to Jimmy for getting one of his dishes on the cover of the forthcoming Brighton and Hove Food Festival Spring Harvest brochure and our thanks to all the front of house team for working so hard to give our distinctive, friendly, professional service.
