Jeremy's winter wonderland

Jeremy's and Cafe Elvira are open during this snowy weather.  Of course Vera, with her Danish origins, thinks this is a mere 'dusting of the white stuff' and has been busy this morning preparing all the fresh pastries and pies for the day.  She has also been serving a very tempting all-day full English breakfast.

Jeremy's wine evening tonight has been postponed until Thursday January 20th and is already nearly full again although we do have availability for our Burns Night supper on Tuesday 25th January.  However, apart from tonights postponement, business is very much as normal with some of our loyal staff walking miles to make it in.   Hopefully, the county will have had its quota of snow for this year and next and it will now just be a smooth run up to Christmas.

Apart from the usual festivities, we are offering a special 'twixtmas'  family-festive menu between Christmas and new year featuring a complimentary, yuletide table of  treats including cheeses, nuts, fruit and a decanter of port to help yourselves to after your meal.  2-courses £24 per person and 3-courses £29 per person, children under 12 years of age dine half price.

This just leaves us to wish you all a very merry christmas and a safe new year and to thank you also so much for your loyal support and custom over the past year.

With best wishes,

Jeremy, Vera and the team.
