Topsy turvy late summer heat calls for some reworking of dishes as our chefs look forward to autumn and winter ingredients. Don't knock it, I say, but then so much of what we do at Jeremy's and Cafe Elvira is inspired by idyllic sojourns in the Med, so we'll keep the estate-bottled olive oil flowing a little longer. His wine will have travelled 7,250 miles and so will he! We've managed to secure a world-class Chilean wine producer to host our late summer wine evening. So put Thursday September 8th in your diary!
See the August Bank Holiday Monday 29th in with a complimentary beer as we team up with one of Sussex's most exciting micro-breweries, The Fallen Angel at East Hoathly, to co-host Jeremy's BBQ and beer garden event.
Et maintenant...... we turn our attention to the cradle of gastronomie, la belle France.
