Chefs Jimmy Gray and Jeremy Ashpool are joined by David Deaves of La Cave à Fromage and Edmund Jenner of Harveys Brewery for a special one-off supper featuring dishes inspired by local beers and cheeses. Part of the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival ‘Spring Harvest’.

£55 per person 7.30pm for 8pm
