Wedding menus and wines

On ‘normal’ days, we’re a much-loved restaurant, reputed throughout Sussex and beyond. Our cooking is modern and creative, based on the freshest of local and seasonal ingredients, often plucked from our garden. Naturally we cater sympathetically for vegetarians and vegans, as well as all kinds of dietary needs and children’s preferences.
On wedding menus we are totally open to discussion. Think of the ones here simply as examples. You can choose and adapt, dipping for inspiration into Jeremy’s ever-changing restaurant menus, from the daily menu of the day to à la carte and tasting menus - or we can work up a bespoke new menu together. Barbecues and buffets can be the main reception meal, or an extra for night-time hungry folk and evening-only guests.
With a couple of hundred wines on our list from all over the world, and loads of sparkling wines and Champagnes, you have plenty of choice. Our wine consultant, Kathryn, can help you match wines to your dishes, and to your guests’ tastes, or can suggest a ‘wine flight’ to accompany a tasting menu. We have Harvey’s bitter on draft, and a well-stocked bar.
